About the Author
Patrick Mangan
Patrick Mangan has conducted his Human Resources Management Consultancy for the last 39 years, specialising in improving and developing people within a variety of government and private organisations.
Qualified in psychology and physical education, as well as actively pursuing a high level of personal fitness.
In his hey-day he was selected in the South Australian Cross Country running team and had a successful track career in steeplechase and middle distance running events.
Patrick is intrigued by history and he has channeled this love and interest into three books, all self published.

Bringing nearly four decades of experience in human resources, Patrick has worked extensively across government and private organisations, developing people, leadership capability, and organisational performance.

Patrick’s work is grounded in detailed research and a commitment to accuracy, resulting in thoughtfully written biographies that preserve significant stories and achievements.
Contributor to the Exhibition at Albury City Library
Patrick played a key role in curating a historical exhibition at the Albury City Library, featuring audio-visual displays, artefacts, and personal memorabilia.
